Kaizen is a Japanese-style lager made with Rice complimented by Pilsen and Vienna malt. The enzymes in our malted barley allow us to convert the starches in the rice into sugars suitable for fermentation. Hopped with Saphir and Ella, and then fermented with our house lager yeast, it has a bright citrusy aroma and flavor, complimented by a largely dry finish with just a touch of sweetness from the rice.
